Hi, I’m Lismary "Lis" Heredia, a dedicated realtor with Florida’s First Choice Realty. Nine years ago, I moved from Connecticut to Tampa, just in time to witness its amazing growth. My passion for real estate grew as I watched Tampa transform, and now I use my deep understanding of the market to help clients navigate it confidently. Realtors are required to take 14 hours of classes every two years, but I’ve completed over 40 hours of education to stay ahead of trends and offer expert advice.
